Author • Coach • Instructor • Youth Sports Advocate Founder of Elite Level Fastpitch

Jason Schnaare is the author of Protect Their Love for the Game and founder of Elite Level Fastpitch. As a coach, instructor, and parent, he believes youth sports should help children build confidence, grow through challenges, and feel valued beyond their performance.

His mission is to help parents and coaches protect the joy that brings children to the game — and keep the child at the center of every decision.

The Game Matters. But the Child Matters More.
